We are a 40+ year old Janitorial Company with a 95% clean rate. We are listed on the New York State OGS Commodities Flooring Contract for carpets under Mohawk Carpet, Shaw Industries and Tandus Centiva.
We currently service 3 million sq. ft. daily in hospitals, governmental buildings and the private sector. Our services include the following: janitorial services, construction cleaning and project cleaning (stripping, waxing and shampoo services).
We are committed to using green products and technologies and have streamlined the process in maintaining facilities. As a result, many of our products are listed on the New York State OGS Approved Green Cleaning Products List and Healthy Schools Network.
